MISSION  

  Pinagbuhatan High School is committed to provide equitable access to quality education that will mold the youth into God loving, nationalistic, well disciplined, productive, globally competitive, and competent citizens, responsive to the technological demands and industrial needs for the 21^st century.

VISION

As it enters the 21^st century it is envisioned that Pinagbuhatan High School shall:

1.   Nurture the undying faith in God Almighty and fully strength the moral, ethical, and values of the students;

2.   Upgrade Academic, technological, cultural, artistic and leadership skills, hidden capabilities and talents of the students.

3.   Empower its strong study work  force through the development and implementation of appropriate reform initiatives for continuous improvement of the teaching learning process.

4.    Promote efficient services and excellence in all levels of operation through effective systems coordination and scheme of partnership among units of the school, the local government and non-governmental units and government agencies.

5.    Provide fully equipped buildings with facilities and multimedia equipments and new technology for the best education  of the students.

6.    Advance researches and develop programs and projects that will provide functional literacy and raise the quality of life of the Pasigueños.
